2. Invitation Card Design Terms

  • Client Approval: The client is responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and details on the final design draft. Once the client provides final approval, “Invited You Card” is not liable for any errors found after printing or distribution.
  • Revision Policy: Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.
  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the final design belongs to the client for personal/business use. However, we reserve the right to display the design in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

3. SEO Services Terms

  • No Guarantee of Rankings: While we use “White Hat” industry-standard practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines (like Google). Search algorithms change frequently and are outside our direct control.
  • Client Cooperation: SEO requires access to the client’s website or CMS. Delays in providing access or content may delay results.
  • Third-Party Changes: We are not responsible for ranking drops caused by algorithm updates or changes made to the website by the client or other third parties without our knowledge.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: A minimum deposit of [X]% is required to start any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion or before delivery of final files.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of creative design and digital services, payments for work already started are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
